Start of J2 ♥

Heyo world, sorry for not updating even though I promised you guys.
Just kinda busy all these months, lemme summarise 2011 for you, with all the more major events in my life:

1) O Level Results - January

Can't believe it has been a year since I last took that certificate. Was quite happy as I was expecting less of it. But still thanks to God and my friends who accompanied me along my secondary school journey!

2) Raffles Junior College / Institution - throughout 2011

I got good scores so it was either VJC or RJC. My parents told me RJC so I took it lor.

It was very difficult to fit in at first because there was ~ 1250 students in my cohort, and I only know like what, about 40 when I first arrived there. Thank God for RMUN, at least I knew some people first (: and there was always my Cat High buddies who'll help me out. Love you guys man!

Honestly, I was quite uncomfortable in the school during the Feb - April period, because I felt quite lonely (OMG I'M A LONER?!) and most of my closer CHS friends were busy with their own stuff too. And also being in the presence of these academic gods... wow. That really takes your breath away.

My previous class (I opted for PHME at first) has this Vietnamese scholar, who was super funny and friendly to me! He always makes the class laugh. And he shares with me loads of interesting things too. And he's super blur HAHAHA! He'll always remain as my good friend forever! (:

Then on 25 April, I opted for BCME instead. Why? Because History in JC level was kinda... busy and different from sec sch. And there was no PBME. And I'd choose Bio over Physics. So, I changed both of my subjects PH to BC. And then I entered my new class, 12S03S.

There was Tony at first from CHS, so yay a buddy! :D he has always been a friendly guy to me who I can talk with very comfortably. Also, the class was super funny. We have an awesome GP teacher who's quite open and he opens up to us many topics around the world. His lessons are usually fascinating then.

And we have such lively and lovable classmates! Everyone is such a nice person and we even have the opera singer, Laura, whose contagious laughter will brighten up your day! (:

3) ISLE - throughout 2011

There was the ISLE Week, the Concert to prepare, and the actual trip which has just finished in early December. Quite tiring and ate up a bit of my holidays but I'm contented (: cos it was definitely worth it. I love ISLE haha and all the friends I met there! :D

4) Red Cross Youth Chapter - throughout 2011

My first CCA in RJC. It was there where I met many people too and I find out that there actually are so many caring people in my midst. They made me feel comfortable in RJC and always have a smile on their faces.

And there's even a guy who has about the same name as me - Yu Xuan! He's a very nice guy who can be pretty entertaining sometimes (:

I don't say it or show it, but I quite love RCYC (: hope no one there finds out about this. So mushy.

5) JC Mid-Years & Promos

These were the more disappointing parts of the year. I was constantly getting scolded by my teachers, and they were half-giving up on me. I felt super terrible.

I mean, you come to a good school and give teachers such a lazy attitude, I was really finding trouble right? But I had such awesome classmates who studied with me before the exams, who encouraged me to work hard for myself. I was sincerely touched (:

Secretly, I want to thank them butttttt it's been quite a while already and if I thank them now it'll be quite awkward right -___-? However guys, I'll never forget how you guys helped me. I'll help you guys too someday, even if it's as easy as just being the friendly guy you know (:

6) Project Work - throughout 2011

This was seriously a tiring thing to do. My mind was constantly thinking about PW, and how to improve on my performance. Unfortunately, I kinda lost my creative side since secondary school. I think I'm starting to regain my lost side but PW is over anyways. And my OP was terrible. Hah. But I'm glad it's over. I say I'm hoping for at least a 'B', but I really want an 'A'.

So those were the more major things in 2011.

I think I have changed a lot, but I'll save that (REALLY, I'll update kay!) for another post.
I realised I like blogging OMG I seriously miss it!

Okay got to go do my soon-to-be-overdue homework. Going to get screwed tomorrow but at least minimise the screwing. TOODLES.
